Syn free houmous

I've never really been a fan of houmous, I was more of a cheese & chive / onion & garlic dip with a bag of hand cooked crisps kind of girl and after seeing the syn values and nearly dying I thought I'd try this. It's taken from the SW magazine but I changed it slightly to my tastes.

Use the pitta bread as your HEb.

215g chickpeas boiled, drained then blitzed, add
75g 0% fat free yoghurt
2 x garlic cloves
1/4 red onion, finely chopped (added after pic was taken!)
lemon juice
salt& pepper

Put into a container and store in the fridge.
