These are great as a side dish or as a snack, I've had them as both and you can top with loads of different things if you want to. I chose bacon & cheese for my first attempt.
Slice your potatoes into wedges and boil in a pan till soft, put in oven for 30mins then top with cooked bacon and HEa cheese.I served with BBQ sauce, you could of course add the BBQ sauce before the cheese!
